PROJECT MANAGER
Olympik Signs Inc. is looking to add another Experienced Project Coordinator to our Team. The Project Manager/Coordinator will support our Management Team and work closely with our Sales, Install and Service Teams. The Project Coordinator’s duties will entail managing the sign projects from conception to completion including Process, Plans and Procedures. Project Coordinator is a team oriented position and is ideal for candidates that are disciplined, diligent, methodical multi-taskers & can think outside the box responsibly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Plan, prepare and/or review technical specifications, contract documents.
- Oversee and provide guidance on projects to internal staff as well as Customer.
- Work with superintendents and foremen to plan, organize, and direct activities related to projects.
- Manage jobsite construction and verify that construction is proceeding in accordance with design specs.
- Update job cost reports including work progress, costs, and scheduling updates.
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and develop lasting relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience preferred.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, systematic, determined, rigorous and an effective Team player.
Salary: Commensurate with experience

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prioritize daily schedule for workflow efficiency.
- Detail oriented and multi-tasking abilities
- Able to execute Customer Rendering Requests
- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative marketing based on information provided
- Prepare final production files for fabrication process
- Provide proofs for customer approval in a timely manner
- Render services to Olympik Signs to the best of your ability, experience and knowledge
- Assisting the sales staff during pre-sales in process, and post-sale of various jobs/projects as required maintaining the standards of Olympik Signs
- Prepare and install vinyl graphics. Experience welcomed but not required.
- Complete Site Surveys
- Maintain and enhance the business and reputation of Olympik Signs Inc. and its client base
- Perform such duties and function for Olympik Signs, Inc. as assigned

ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER
Olympik Signs, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Office Manager to join our team. The Assistant Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the general administrative functions of the office. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, key-record keeping and coordination among departments. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as office or assistant manager working in an office supporting multiple levels of employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Supervise and support administrative staff
- Payroll, HR and bookkeeping
- Two years of experience in an office/administrative management position preferred
- Solid working knowledge of accounting office functions, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statements, and collections
- Recording daily banking transactions in NetSuites
- Creating sales reports and commission reports
- Reconciliation of multiple monthly bank & Credit Card statements
- Monthly journal entries & adjustments in NetSuites
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Pay monthly IL tax payments
- Client billing and accounting
- Processing & recording payments
- Processing invoices
- Supporting duties related to accounts payable & accounts receivable functions
- Resolving billing discrepancies
- Union Reporting
- Keeping the company’s filing system in order & general office organization
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
